I think right now is a very rough time for finding a job like that. Dating sites (and social networking sites) are currently trying to trim their budgets and become leaner due to decreasing ad revenues.

If you really want to get noticed, you should start a blog that is related to the dating industry (maybe site reviews or industry commentary in general). Try to get the blog noticed by dating companies and get known in the community. It will be much easier to land a job when you are known as an industry expert.
